About the room
1Br ensuite, so there is already a full bathroom/shower without having to leave the room. It’s on the 2nd floor of the 3500sq ft home. Kitchen access, large living room, pool table, small in home gym, as well as washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Plenty of common area space. Guess are allowed with at least a few days notice. Utilities and internet included, but please also be mindful on the usage. Sorry, no parties or pets. 1 year minimum contract.
