Looking for a guy to take over my lease at La Pointe.

Less than 5 minutes to get anywhere on campus or downtown by bike. Apartments come fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and wifi among an endless list of other amenities throughout the complex.

Utilities are a flat $50 per month on top of your rent. Parking is limited so be sure to inquire with the office asap about a pass if you’d like the option of parking in the garage.

My only other roomie, Jordan, is a student at the University of Idaho studying geology at the Boise campus. He spends most mornings at school and the gym and stays busy throughout the evenings. He enjoys skiing and live music. He is very well spoken and I’ve enjoyed spending hours talking with him in the living room.
