This is a sublease that lasts until July 2023, as the previous undergrad tenant recently moved back home from school. The new tenant is a PhD student also studying at A&M.
The building is a cozy, vintage structure that includes several benefits: The route 4 bus stop is right next to it, it is within walking/biking distance of most engineering department buildings (plus Northgate), and the A&M affiliated Urban Howdy Farm community garden is located nearby. Great price and location for students looking to save money!
Rent is $650/month split = $325/month for each roommate. Water is included in the rent. Located near the intersection of Texas Avenue and University Drive.
