Second story 2bed two bath apartment with full size washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, fireplace, hot water heater, central heat, ac unit, patio with storage, pool, workout room, great community, 2 blocks from King soopers, 1 block from home depot, bus stop right outside, plenty of food to choose from. 1000 a month includes utilities pet rent and internet. The room comes with an optional queen size bed, 32 inch TV, led lights and desk.

It’s just me. I am a cashier at a head shop and work 9-5 sat/sun 2:30-10 mon/tues. I try to hang at home during the week and then go out on the weekends. I would like to try to find someone that sort of matches my schedule. I try to be fairly understanding and accepting so just reach out and maybe we can make things work. Pets are ok depending on how many and how trained they are.
