The apartment: has a huge balcony! Lots of natural light, big open kitchen/living area, and it honestly the chillest place ever 😩 the building is VERY quiet so I’d prefer roommates who are as well!

The complex has a really nice pool & gym with a clubhouse area, as well as a fire pit and hammocks outside in the common area!

Room 1: taken!

Room 2: master bedroom! This room is huge (12.5’ x 13.5’) and has it’s own bathroom and giant walk in closet! Basically has it’s own side of the apartment! ($895)

Would prefer no pets! And definitely no cats bc I’m very allergic 😢 Utilities are about $60-$80 each!

Requirements: 🌸 LGBTQ+ friendly 🌸 No pets, children, or couples pls! 🌸 Clean rental, criminal, and credit history 🌸 NO TOBACCO INDOORS (I’m sensitive to it, but other herbs are permitted!) 🌸 No heavy drinking, frat parties, loud music, etc. in the apartment 🌸 Our combined gross income must meet or exceed 2.5x the monthly rent! (which is $2225 total!)
