Olivia's room

This is a beautiful one-story home with three bedrooms and one bathroom however, we’re all considerate of each other so having one bathroom is not an issue at all. Your room will be even bigger than mine with a good closet size. It is furnished however, we can remove that if you have your own belongings! Can also change the wall color if blue isn’t your thing. If you choose to keep the furniture then there is no extra charge! This property is about 13 minutes from necessary stores. A lot of parking spaces directly on the property and not crowded at all. There are two refrigerators and you will get to share one with me while the engaged couple will share the other. We’re all twenty-five to twenty-six years old and are not partiers- cannabis friendly! There are two playful and lovable cats that live here. We run the heater however, no extra charge to you. Rent includes utilities!

Nic and Mariah own the home and will be getting married in April so coming up! We are in our mid-twenties, Mariah works a part-time job and is in school. Nic works in construction usually on weekdays. I work remote from home. We hang out watching movies or playing video games but, I sometimes keep to myself so introverts/extroverts welcomed! We’re not partiers- all responsible & considerate. Ideally looking for someone closer in age to us and leads a similar lifestyle.
