Lease take over, 15 months long starting January 1st.

Our current roommate is moving out so I need to fill the room by January! Directly message me if interested:) Looking to fill it with a clean, quiet, and laid back person, preferably cat/dog lovers since we do have one of each. Hoping for younger, college aged roommate.

Unfurnished bedroom available at luxury-style Boulevard Apartments right on the edge of Corvallis and Philomath. This bedroom has a huge window with great light and a nice sized closet. Its right next to a bathroom that is shared. The apartment has A/C and in-unit laundry, as well as a balcony with an incredible view!

The apartment complex itself has a great gym that is open 24/7 and a pool that is open during the summer. It is a very quiet and safe community. Plus, there is tons of parking. Only a 10 minute drive from OSU campus.

Water, garbage, and sewer are included in the rent. Electricity/wifi is separate.

My roommate(21) and I(20) are both women, pretty chill, clean and quiet. I love to cook and we like to hang out together in the living room. I’m not like a super frequent smoker and Emma doesn’t smoke at all but we have no problem with it at all. We do like to keep to ourselves sometimes and like to be left alone to recharge after work but don’t be discouraged we still want to be around you!
