Caitie's room

I’m looking for a room mate to move in March 2023. I have been in the apartment for 2 years and it’s in a safe location. Close to downtown and a short drive to the universities. We have parking in a lot behind the apartment.

Rent is $497.50 and we split Duke energy and wifi (it’s not expensive). I have a dog and he’s very friendly, and he would be allowed in the common areas of the apartment. The lease is month to month which is convenient. However, I’m looking for someone who can commit to a longer stay.

There is a security deposit- I’ll have to get back to you on that amount. Your space is a private, good sized bedroom and we share the bathroom. It’s in between the bedrooms. The living room is pretty spacious and there is a small dining room. If you have any questions please message me.

I am easy going and respectful of others space and privacy. I keep the apartment tidy and I would expect you to help clean and maintain the shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom mainly). The other neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. They are older working professionals.
