The room has a good size closed, a window overlooking a canal, and a ceiling fan. The townhouse has a kitchen, dinning room, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, one shower, and a TV with cable available for your use. You would get your own parking space in the driveway.
A bed frame and mattress can be provided if wanted.
About the roomies
The only person you would be living with is me. I have two cats and could possibly be open to renting to someone with a pet. I love watching sports and going to the gym.
