Private, unfurnished room with large closet space. Locking door to room, key provided. Mini fridge inside room. Private bathroom, however it will also act as a guest bathroom.

Water, gas and electricity extra - will be split three ways between all house members. Fiber internet included. Washer & Dryer on site. Street parking in front of house.

Light kitchen usage ok. All furniture must have furniture pads to avoid scratching floor. We have outdoor security cameras in front and back yard and a doorbell camera.

Male/Female couple plus a young dog. Guy works in healthcare, works on websites and is a gamer. Gal is a hairstylist with a varying work schedule. We love to have friends and family over who also like to bring along their dogs.
