Washer and dryer in unit. One driveway parking spot available and plenty of surrounding street parking. Safe and quiet neighborhood, other than noise from airplanes that take off from ONT, we are right under the flight path.

Water, gas and electricity extra - will be split between all house members. Fiber internet included.

Light kitchen usage ok. All furniture must have furniture pads to avoid scratching floor. There are outdoor security cameras in front and back yard and a doorbell camera. No smoking and no overnight guests.

I’m pretty easygoing and keep a busy schedule, so I’m not home all the time and my hours can vary day to day.

I’m not a neat freak in my personal space, but shared spaces stay clean and I’m big on mutual respect when it comes to keeping the house comfortable.

I enjoy a relaxed, low-drama environment. I’ll have guests over from time to time, but always keep things respectful of the house and quiet hours.
