Nissi's room

This is a 4 bed 3 bathroom home. We have A private bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom upstairs available for $900 ( one room is rented out but the other is available now). Most utilities are included in the rent but, we split (electricity and w/s/t) utilities in the four summer months. There is a $600 nonrefundable deposit (due to people not following through). The rooms are unfurnished, but a bed from a previous roommate could be provided if needed. If you have furniture for the house or storage, there is room. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a pool in the back. Close to the 101 Hwy, Highway 60, and Right Up the street from Arrowhead Mall. Conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores and food options, and only 15mins from Westgate. Im looking for courteous, clean, honest, drama-free, fun, and responsible people who pay their bills and pay them on time if not early lol. If you feel this could be you don’t be afraid to reach out. I prefer female roommates but I am open to responsible males as well. A background check is required as well as previous roommate/rental references, to be sure that the home stays safe and non-violent.

I am a drama-free, single 34-year-old nursing student at Glendale Community College and NAU. I am pretty quiet and clean and I generally get along with everyone. I like a family-oriented setting where we are all comfortable with one another, have movie nights, and hang out from time to time but I can keep to myself. I am looking for people that are looking for a safe clean and drama-free place to call home. I am looking for long-term roommates, ideally for the next 2 years while I finish my nursing program, but that is not a must we can see how things go. The lease is up at the end of April 2024. But my 33-year-old roommate Chris and I are renewing and would like to find 2 more people before we renew. I like to interact from time to time, even occasionally cooking for the house. If that is not your thing it is fine, As I’ve mentioned I am easy to get along with.
