One bedroom and one bathroom available in a shared condo located near old town Scottsdale. Monthly rent of $1,000 includes all utilities. The bedroom is spacious and will comfortably fit a queen size bed as well as bedroom furnishings like dressers or a desk and also has a walk-in closet. The unit has a split floor plan so your bathroom and bedroom has nice privacy. The condo has laundry and a pool. Only accepting one roommate - no couples, children, or pets. The condo is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Condo is located on second floor of two-story building.

I’m a laid-back marketing professional that travels a lot. I work from home but I typically travel a few months out of the year so you would have the apartment to yourself often. When I am home, you’ll find me on the couch watching tv, sewing, or I’ll be out doing stuff with friends. I like to keep my place pretty clean and would like someone who is comfortable with cleaning up after themselves. I meal prep and live a pretty active lifestyle. I’m very easy to get along with - happy to build a friendship or happy to give you your own space entirely. I don’t have parties or groups of people over often and would prefer someone like-minded in that aspect. I’m typically an early bird and go to bed rather early but it doesn’t matter to me if your schedule is the opposite as long as we are respectful of each other.
