I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. It’s in Superior Colorado next to the flatirons mall. Rent is around 1200-1300. Please let me know if you have any questions :)

I’m the only one living here currently. I got this apartment last July and I’m looking to fill the other room. I’m not home too often, I work nights and am pretty active during the day. I snowboard and go to plenty of concerts. I don’t drink so I’d prefer if whoever moves in doesn’t drink often in the house. I have two kitties that are absolute sweet hearts. I believe only three pets are allowed per unit so one other pet would be allowed with proper down payment and monthly pet fees. The living room is fully furnished the only room that isn’t is the other bedroom. You’d have your own bathroom and space that would be all yours! Please let me know if you’re interested, thank you!
