About the room
You will have your own room with access from the main door and a private entrance as well. The restroom and communal areas are shared. You will have access to the kitchen and washer/dryer. There is plenty of street parking and there is a bus stop at the neighborhood entrance as well.
Further details will be shared upon meeting/communicating. (Optional: Provide recommendation letter from a previous landlord.)
The only additional payment is a bi-monthly (split 4-way) water bill.
About the roomies
Everyone in the home is family. We are a very lively bunch and easy to get along with. The family is comprised of 2 adults, 2 young adults, and 4 children. Even though we are family, we all keep to each other, but we all get together for holidays and an occasional party. We have 2 dogs who are very friendly and like to play. We will respect your privacy and be mindful of your space.
