3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, brand new house located in East Providence. All brand new appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is free parking for one car on site. All utilities and internet are included in rent.

I am a 31yo female, full time employed. I coach and play rugby, so I’m pretty much out of the house. I rarely have people over because I do a lot of other activities. This is a non-smoking house. The landlord will require a background check. One dog is allowed per the lease, but needs to be well trained and relatively easy going.
