Mcclelland Drive

hi!!! sorry im at work atm! but yes i live in an off campus apartment on mcclelland dr! im on the first floor—- 2 bed 2 bath 1300 sq ft! in unity washer and dryer!! i pay 1480 a month so it would be about 740 a person. internet is usually 25 a person and lights vary from 100-130.

there’s no assigned parking but it’s a pretty big complex and i never have trouble with parking.

there’s a gym and free access to computers, a tanning bed and year round pool.

im having to kick my current roommate out, he did absolutely nothing for the apartment like washing his dishes and stuff it just wasn’t working.

i do have two dogs and a rabbit who are very sweet and loves everybody- so no pets- MAYBE a cat.

i work two jobs 62 hours a week so i’m not home throughout the day but my girlfriend is usually there with the dogs.

im also in full time online school with fayetteville tech so if i am. home i’m either cooking or doing school work!

the lease ends november 2023 but if you don’t want that long i can do until august. move in would be as soon as possible considering he’s moving out in 3 days. december rent is paid for so rent would be so jan 1st. the only thing you would pay is an application fee.

i just moved here last year so i don’t know many people so i never really have anybody over
