I have a 4bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms house. 2 bedrooms Comes furnished with queen size bed available for rent. Rooms size is 10’x12 $800 one and a half bathroom to be shared with 3 other tenants. In south Phoenix of off 39th and baseline. available for April 1st or sooner. everything is included. Females only no males . No smoking anywhere in the house. Visitors are allowed. But if they going to stay for more than 3days/night in a row or week. please let me know. Looking for single applicants only. If u working from home please let me know. The rent will be $50 more. Room available to move in as soon as December 1st No animals allowed. I will be running background check as well. Two stories house, all rooms are upstairs. One and half bathrooms will be shared with 3 people. I’m looking for someone who can pay their rent on time, working, clean after themselves, as kitchen, bathrooms will be shared with other tenants in the house. Respect others boundaries and each other private space as well. No drama pls. Ones I installed a laundry in the house, there will be an additional $50 to do laundry which is optional not required.
