One of my roommates is a UO grad and moving out this December so we’re looking for someone to transfer his lease to. We live in a 3 bed 1 bath near Beall hall on UO campus. You get your own large room, with an exterior door and a door to the shared space, which has laundry in unit. All appliances are in working condition. Parking is $40 a month. Nonsmoking property, quiet building, non party atmosphere, Covid cautious. Clean, we take turns cleaning different parts of the apartment on a monthly basis. We are both girls, LGBTQ+ friendly, students set to graduate in June, lease is up in July. No pets preferred but willing to compromise, prefer non-men but willing to compromise. Looking for someone between ages 18-28.
