About the room: Single Occupancy only. This is a private room and private bathroom for rent in a 3-bed/3-bath condo. This room is very large and has a spacious closet and some built-in cabinets for more storage. It also gets pretty good light and has access to a shared outdoor patio. The room also has its own full bathroom.The rent for the room is $1,400 per month + utilities (gas, electric, and wifi, split evenly bwtn housemates). A $1,200 security deposit + first and last month’s rent is due at move-in date.

About the property: This property is a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo, corner unit with lots of natural light. It is three levels, the first level is the garage, the second level is the kitchen, living room, a bedroom and a full bathroom. There is a balcony on the second level accessible from the kitchen and from the bedroom. The third level has the laundry/dryer and two bedrooms, each with their own full bath. I am in one of the rooms, and the other room on the third level has access to a shared patio area. The common areas are fully furnished.

The neighborhood is Point Loma Portal and is very walkable. There is a bakery, cafe and restaurants walking-distance from the condo. It is also a 4 min drive to Liberty Station and a 5 min drive to Sunset Cliffs. I don’t take public transportation so I am not familiar with what bus lines are nearby but the closest major intersection near the property is Nimitz St and Chatsworth Blvd

About your housemates: Chelsey and Alexi I (Chelsey, she/her) am a 29 y/o woman who works in finance. Fully vaccinated. I am originally from TX but have been living in SD for over 4 years now. I am currently working from home (office is in my bedroom). Outside of work I love to dance (heels, bachata, salsa), read (fiction and non fiction) and watch shows on netflix. I have 11 years of shared living experience (4 yrs while in college and 7 yrs post college).

Your other housemate is Alexi (he/they). He is a 33 yo man from New Orleans who works with animals. He’s friendly and gregarious though he don’t really party much. He is an outdoors person and he spends a lot of his time non-working producing a nature storytelling show.
