Kimberly's room

Private room (measures about 12x13), small closet, and an ensuite full bathroom located in East Los Angeles. In the pictures you see all of my roomie’s stuff because she moves out this month. The room will be unfurnished and not as messy haha. 1 parking space in the back of the home. Full access to the main living areas (dining space, living room, porch, kitchen, laundry) Entry through either the front of the home or side of the home. All utilities and internet included with monthly rent. 6 month lease.

Requirements: 2 months bank statements, 2 months of proof of income, credit check, any references you may have, leasing agreement will be for a 6 month term.

Your roomies would be myself (30 year old female) and my toddler son. We are active early birds who head out by 7am and are in and out of the home after 4:30pm. We also have a large goldendoodle and a cat. We have our own rooms toward the back of the home. We’ve had a wonderful roommate for the past year who is now moving on to her own home! I’m interested in getting to know you first and understand you’ll want to get to know more about us before you make a decision as well. :)
