Anthony (construction/ truck driver)'s room

I have a room for rent in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. In the Ahwatukee foothills neighborhood of Phoenix. Right off highway 10. Beautiful safe area. Room is private and has a private bathroom. Laundry in unit. Property has 3 pools hot tubs, gym, basketball court. Pool is right outside of my unit. Room has a ceiling fan and decent size closet. Nice size bathroom. I provide free cable with all channels.

I am a cigarette smoker but only smoke outside. I am drug free and expect the same …weed is fine but nothing more than that. I am a responsible person and respectful and expect the same.
