Parking on street You must have, fair credit and background check, be clean, drug free, no pets, no smoking inside, no drunks and 1 person per room.(no couples) Must have a job outside the home also I will take ss or retiree with steady income 40.00 application fee 500.00 refundable deposit as long as you leave the place the way you find it. must sign a contract. Other roommates are professional who maintain the house clean. Must clean after yourself and help maintain the place clean.
