Hello! Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s part of the lease as they will be relocating for their job. They plan to be moved by end of December or January 1st . Their current part of the rent is $ a month, utilities is around $ a month and that includes gigabit wifi, and electricity - WSG paid by landlord. Unassigned parking, laundry in building. Need someone to be approved and ready to move in by end of December or the start of January. Looking for stable income, preferably day shift workers as I work day shift. Quiet, chill, movie buffs and book worms are great! Not allergic to cats, no pets. Someone who is in their late 20s or early 30s. ACAB/queer/Bipoc friendly only.

I work 9-5 as a social worker, when I come home I’m either watching movies with my friends over the internet, playing video games, reading, or when I go out I will go hiking or camping. I’m an activist and have worked to further social justice for almost a decade. I like routines and peace, and I’ve been told I’m an excellent communicator.
