Great place and great location for living everything is near us. And the property is wonderful. We have a rooftop, pool, business center, and a clubroom.

The roommate will take the room with the bath tub. The apartment looks exactly like floor map I need some one who does not smoke or drink. No boyfriend allowed in the apartment. The bills will be split in half and the rent as well. Will need to do a check by the office and the fees is 50$. I am quite person, responsible, and keep things to me . I need someone responsible as well. Also I don’t Mind the heater turned on but not above 73. In summer I like the a/c on and on 70 to 74. Electric bill is included with the rent. I don’t have an internet connection in the house. I prefer if the connection can be through the website. I want also to meet first before making any decisions.
