Grand Street

I am looking for a room mate in a 1200 SF apartment. The room has 200 SF. There are 2 more bedrooms, where me and Shinya live. The kitchen, living room and bathroom is shared. The room and living room/kitchen face to the side yard to the west. In the afternoon it gets quite sunny. The building has an accessible roof terrace and a laundry room. It is located close to the corner of Grand Street and Graham Avenue. Gas is included in rent. Electricity and Internet usually come out to approximately $50.- per month per person.

Shinya is originally from Japan, working in a restaurant nearby. I am originally from Austria, working as an agency RN. I have a cat, Pys.
