Seeking a reliable roommate to share a beautiful safe home in southern highlands. Room is in private area of the home. Master bedroom with a private master bath with Roman tub/shower/single sink but private bathroom. Huge walk in closet, ceiling fan and freshly painted. Comes with access to kitchen, walk in pantry, laundry room, living room, backyard, driveway for your vehicle. Home is super big at 2375 sqft and lot size of house is 7535sq ft. Lots of space to move around and the neighborhood is gated. We live on a nice quiet street where no one bothers us and schools in the area are top rated. This house was built for entertaining which we use for holidays but are absolutely willing to enjoy the amenities with a nice person. Preferably a female with a child who would be able to play with our 5 yr old little girl. I am a nanny and can also offer my services to a female who needs to work and have reliable care for her child. Utilities are included as well as Wi-Fi and tv with built in apps for enjoying some screen time. Dining area is huge as well as the backyard. We need someone who is tidy and doesn’t mind a little toddler who talks a lot 😁 we can also provide a brand new pink loft bunk bed for a little girl or a cute princess toddler bed for a younger girl. We already have two boys but they are always at school or playing Xbox so you won’t hear from them. I cook a lot and would love a cooking buddy who enjoys food and even a glass of wine from time to time. We own our business and would love to have someone with a clean background, good job and fits our needs to enjoy this lovely safe space. Feel free to message me regarding any questions you may have. Another ideal option is a female or couple in master who has a younger daughter and could share one of the other rooms with the two beds with our 5 yr old little girl. She has a cute Barbie doll house and there is an extra toddler bed with bedding.

We have 3 children, two older boys who are at school or stay in room gaming. 5 yr old little girl who is super sweet and loves making new friends. Myself 37 female and boyfriend of 12 yrs 64, we own a business and stay pretty busy but when we aren’t busy with work we love to cook and enjoy time in our room or backyard sitting by our fire pit. I am a nanny and can provide my services as well if needed. I love to keep a clean home, cook yummy dinners and enjoy sipping a glass of wine from time to time. We maintain the home always and are very friendly people who have never fought a day in our relationship. Our kids are very helpful as well, they take care of little things around here like trash and keeping their areas tidy. We love our family and this home is absolutely perfect for sharing and entertaining.
