Has washer and dryer in unit, tree’s right outside windows, close by Walmart, HEB, UTSA and La Cantera. *** I am looking for someone to take over my part of this lease as it is necessary for me to move, it ends October 8. Both other roomies are on the lease, to hold everyone responsible and create a safety net for all parties. The application fee with the complex is $50, you can’t have broken leases in the past 4 years, your income with the other two roomies combined has to all be to be over 3 times the rent. Both roomies are in their 20’s, very nice and respectful. Both attend school and have jobs. They each pay 550, the master bedroom is $100 more because of the personal restroom and more space.
