We are looking for a clean roommate to join our fabulous condo here in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. Just .3 miles to the beach. Close to grocery stores, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. The condo has great natural light with its floor to ceiling windows and is just a short walk to the Pike, Pine St, and the metro station. We are looking to rent one of the bedrooms. You would be living with a training airline pilot and a flight attendant/realtor; both in our thirties. We have a friendly cat named Morpheus who loves attention. We also have a beautiful laboweenie named Moose who loves people and cuddles. The room rent is $1200 including all bills and utilities (electric, water, trash, Wi-Fi, etc.) Deposit is 1 months rent.
