Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room at 524 Angliana Avenue in Lexington (https://www.americancampus.com/student-apartments/ky/lexington/5-twenty-four-5-twenty-five-angliana). It’s a lovely apartment complex that primarily caters to students at U. Kentucky, but anyone over 18 is welcome. My contract is through July, but you can renew if you want to stay.

I will pay half of your first month’s rent.

For only $659/mo. you will have all of the following:

1. Private room in a two-bedroom apartment. i.e., Only one other roommate in the apartment!
2. Fully private bathroom (attached to room).
3. Kitchen
4. High-quality washer + dryer in the apartment.
5. 24-hour access to nice exercise equipment
6. Pool + hot tub
7. Parking (covered parking available for additional fee)
8. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!

Why am I leaving? My situation has changed and just don’t need to stay here anymore. It has legitimately been a nice place to live, even though I’m 41.

You’ll share the apartment with only one other roommate. He’s a very kind and considerate fellow. Spends most of his time in his own room, but also sociable if you like.
