This property is located in the middle of Loop 288, next to golden triangle mall and all the shopping centers nearby. Wifi is free and so is parking. The apartments are called, The ridge at north texas, and they are student living. I currently stay on the second floor. The unit I am in is 4 bed 2 baths. It is one of the most affordable apartments in Denton and lease is signed individually. Rent is 505 a month but it could go as high as 560 depending on pets, the electric bills, and other factors. Utilities are covered except for the electric bill. The apartment give us a 30 dollar cap but we pay anything that goes over it. Overall, it’s not a bad place and there’s a bus that takes students to UNT and drops you back off at the apartments. Looking to room with students only.
