Furnished room with a bathroom that is only shared when my daughter returns home from campus is available for rent on January 1. ONE PERSON ONLY. The ideal roommate would be an honest, mature, tidy person who is respectful of people and property in a private home situation. The house is located in a quiet, charming residential neighborhood of West Orange, NJ, close to public transportation to go to Manhattan. Utilities and internet services are included in the rent. Access to the kitchen where you can choose from cast iron, stainless steel or glass cookware. Seeking a student, a professional or a trade individual who can clean after self, mature, honest, responsible. The person MUST be a non-drama roommate and the expectation is to maintain agreeable levels of cleanliness of the room, the shared bathroom and the common areas. NO overnight stay and ABSOLUTELY no smoking or drug use of any kind is permitted in the house. Drinking is permitted but not to the point of intoxication. No pets.

Criminal and credit background will be performed. Proof income verification needed. Moving in requires one month rent + one month deposit and $100 cleaning fees, both are refundable. The house is near Livingston, Milburn, Maplewood, South Orange, East Hanover, Montclair, Roseland and Verona. Nearby hospitals are St Barnabas, University Hospital, Clara Mass, Mountainside, Newark Beth. Nearby universities are Seton Hall, Rutgers (Newark Campus), Montclair state University.

I am a Registered Nurse pursuing graduate studies at William Paterson University. I am nice, quiet, honest, respectful of anyone and expect to be treated in a similar manner. I passionately dislike unsanitary living environments and hope to find a roomie who is going to keep her room and common area cleaned for an inviting home.
