We have a room available for rent. It is in a beautiful newly renovated single family home with a fenced yard and landscaped garden maintained by the landlords. The size of the room is 150 sq. ft. You’d be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

There are multiple bus stops nearby, which will take you directly to Ballston, Shirlington, and other areas. It’s just 1.9 miles from Ballston. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. It has stores, parks, gyms and more nearby.

This location is great and very convenient for someone who works in Northern Virginia or DC.

We are all clean, and responsible professionals. I work from home most of the time, and the rest report to their offices.
