The room is 100in by 130in, however I spend most of my time in my room so the living room can be your space if wanted. The room has a small closet (30 by 30) but you will also have full access to the external closet (23 by 35) as i dont use it. It is a first floor apt with parking directly outside the door. There is unfortunately no wash/dryer or dishwasher, however there is a new fridge, sink, and stove and a nice laundromat not even 5 min away. It is an older apt/building so it has some minor problems but the maintenance requests are easy and have so far been fulfilled with no issues. I have a very good internet plan (800 mb/s download), so if you want high speed internet, its here. The rent includes everything, like water, power, internet, etc.

I am a 20yr old guy, I am clean and spend most of my time in my room, if I’m not working. I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind if you do, as long as if you are smoking cigarettes, please do so outside. I get up early and work Monday - Friday so I don’t mind if you are up early.
