I am ordered a new foldable memory foam bed pending for delivery from Wayfair and I am going to order a wood dresser thru Walmart online. Dresser is pending as well. You will have access to large kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and living room & plenty of curbside parking. But I am looking for a long-term roommate 6 months or 12 months lease rent is only $500 a month all utilities included with wifi. There is also $500 damage/security deposit. This is perfect for a single fit person on budget. But if you like to come see the place I’m located by 98th and central I live in a corner house lot in safe neighborhood.

Small & medium dog owners welcome as well There is additional pet monthly fee of $100. You will have your own side of your yard for you and your dog.
