I live with four other sweet girls and am looking for a subleaser soon! The place is a newly renovated (2019) historic home with brand new appliances and utility services. I’m looking for a different place because of my job and in need of a reliable sublease to take my place. The rent is $580 per month until Sept. 1st 2023. There is no fee, just need to sign a sublease form through Go Gopher Rentals. The area is a cute, historic and quiet, and there is always plenty of street parking. All are separate bedrooms. My room is 9’x14’ in a quiet spot of the apartment with an egress window. My roommate has a sweet shorthair cat that is shy and normally stays in her room. The place is kept clean and roommates that pick up after themselves. The appliances are all brand new including new washer/dryer, stainless steel gas stove, two large stainless steel fridges and plenty of pantry space including a coffee bar. Granite countertops throughout the unit and brand new bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. Utilities are not included but the girls split it up evenly and are about $50 per month. Two girls are still attending the University of Minnesota and two have full time jobs, so everyone has a pretty normal schedule and sleeping hours. Age ranges are from 21-23 year old roommates. Fun, chill group of girls.

They are sweet and have a great balance of hanging out together and also having private down time. Place is kept clean and quiet but always down for fun nights and movie marathons.
