Single professional 48 year old male. I stay in the Central Valley 4-6 days a month, and travel for work 10-12 days per month. Utilize half of the living room area as my home office. My girlfriend visits 1-2 weekends per month. I prefer it quiet during the normal work day (8-5, M-F) but otherwise I’m pretty chill. Interests: volleyball, motorcycles, music and craft beer.
