This is a new construction 1 story home. The floor plan is a 3 bedroom plus a Den with attached garage. Large kitchen, large island, lots of available storage space for food and kitchenware stuff, double sliding closet in bedroom. Not a shared bathroom but it’s not a private bathroom.

I’m a 32 year old male working professional. Pretty laid back and chill person I have a white husky that’s very nice and handsome. I only ask be careful in not letting him out. I get along with everyone and respect privacy. Im not used to looking for a stranger to live with lol but I have so much space and rent is pricey so I’m open to meeting new people looking to team up a little.
