Pablo's room

I have a new build home in Southern Pines/Pinehurst area. 3 bedroom/3 Bath 2,000 sqft ranch style home. The room available has a connected private bathroom. The house includes two large front and back porches and a large kitchen. There is also a two car garage, with a gym in part of it as well.

Come late January/ early February, I will be the only one living in the house. My current roommate will be moving due to work. I’m clean, active and travel often for work. I’m easy going and friendly but will give you all the space and privacy you need. If there are any issues while living in the same space feel free to bring them up, I’m very accommodating.
