Kaid's room

It’s the smaller room of a two bedroom apartment, but has a big closet and a window that gets lots of sun. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are common areas. It’s a little bit of an older building, but I like to keep the place nice, you are expected to pick up after yourself and try to keep tidy. It’s located in a really great spot close to the university and close to the highway.

I’m 19 NB and I work full time and make art on the side, pretty often I’m in the living room drawing or painting. I do have one dog, she can be a bit excitable but gets along great with all people and other dogs, unsure about cats. I really need a roommate who can be reliable in paying bills on time, can have good communication, and isn’t home 24/7.
