Teal Drive

The house is a two-story duplex with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a fenced-in backyard. The kitchen comes with a full-sized fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. We have purchased a microwave, air fryer, pressure cooker, and a toaster. There is a washer and dryer in-unit. There is a small dining area with a 6-seated table we have purchased. The living room has an open floor plan with a couch and loveseat (we bought) and plenty of natural light. The downstairs has one bedroom that is near the kitchen and the upstairs has the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is plenty of parking space for three cars but could easily fit four. The parking is right outside the front door and has virtually no walk. The neighborhood is small, quiet, and located on the corner of Southwest Parkway and Dartmouth next to the new police station. The house is within walking distance from Wolf Pen Creek Park and has an A&M bus stop right around the corner. It is normally a 10 to 15-minute drive to the A&M campus depending on traffic. Since we are located near Texas Avenue, pretty much any store you could imagine is within a 6-8 minute drive.

My name is Cale and I am a junior at A&M majoring in microbiology! I am 21 and work at Starbucks so if you like coffee I can always bring you some home! I am rather quiet and clean and usually keep to myself, but I do love interacting with my roommates and hanging out. I love listening to music and taking care of my plants and occasionally playing video games. I typically take a little while to open up to people, but once I get to know somebody I am more sociable.

My name is Jessica and I am a junior Biology major at A&M! I am currently 20 years old. Like Cale, I am quiet and clean. I also tend to keep to myself most of the time, but I definitely enjoy spending time with my roommates. Some of my favorite things include coffee, dogs, and candles!

We are both clean and organized individuals. The common spaces, and the kitchen especially, are always kept clean and tidy. We both hate dishes lingering in the sink and sitting out. We hope to find somebody that we can both get along with and get to know so that we can enjoy our last year in college!
