Apartment is located in a beautiful area. the room to be rented has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is shared but a personal fridge is provided(we have 2 large fridges) the apartment is clean and tidy. washer machine and dryer are not in the unit and costs $3 per load. Complex also has a pool. We just signed a new lease in November for 13 months so it ends December 2023. Looking for longevity and financially responsible roommates! The listed rent is for TWO PEOPLE. So $750 EACH for a total of $1500 for the room. The apartment is shared and doesn’t just come with the private room.

Me: I am currently 19 years old working part time and attending school full time. I go to Mt SAC as an electrical engineering major. I am very responsible and clean!

Roommate: My roommates name is Elijah and we work in the same job and also attend the same school as Engineers. He is on the Mt SAC track team and similarly to me, he is very clean and responsible.

The both of us have lived here for over a year and have both never been late on rent payments. I have been on the lease since last august.
