North Oakland Avenue

Hi! Im looking for a female/non male roommate between the ages of 19-25(age preference for getting along) pretty spacious 2 bedroom apartment 510$ for all bills a month rooms already furnished and bed in bedroom if wanted. Could use curtains in the rooms and new blinds but could easily be done heater works amazing. Full size appliances. Water paid bills include price of internet i dont live spotless but i dont live dirty either i keep common space fairly clean im a little airheaded so if ive left something out just tell me and ill come clean it up lol

Its just me. Im kind optimistic and i have a cat named mochi. I just want to live with someone i can get along
