Available June 1 there will be 2 furnished bedroom within a nice 4 bedroom apartment. The price is per room. This is a house share. The bedrooms are private and the common areas are shared.
$675 for first floor room with washer and dryer access. $600 for second floor room, no laundry access.
A student or someone of student age is requested, as there are already 3 male students residing there.
The house is right across the street from ECSU, which makes it ideal if you don’t have a car. The house is close to the UCONN bus line, downtown, stores and restaurants, so it’s easy to walk everywhere’s.
There’s also a nice front porch for a warm summer nights.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE RENT, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Rental application and security deposit required.
No pets please.
Presently there are 3 students occupying the apartment. They are clean, quiet and respectful.
