The property is one mile from ASU Campus, so it’s a great location for students. It is a three bedroom house and the Master bedroom with it’s own bathroom and oversized closet is the room for rent. Other two bedrooms share another bathroom. Has a full kitchen with all appliances. Also has a seperate laundry room. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
About the roomies
It is two guys that rent from the Landlords who bought the house for one of their kids to live while going to ASU. One of them is an ASU student and the other works a full time job during the day. They both keep to themselves most of the time and have pretty busy schedules. It’s a great home in a quiet neighborhood.
