About the room
Located in North Salmon Creek, just blocks from Salmon Creek Legacy Hospital and conveniently close to 1-5/205 for easy commuting. If you’re a student or instructor at WSU Vancouver, you’ll find this private room right next door. We’ve had success with international students and we’re open to international applicants.
This fully furnished room boasts a memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstand, window coverings, and off-street parking. The shared full bathroom is conveniently located just beside the room, providing ample privacy from the main living areas.
The shared spaces include a laundry room, dining room, kitchen, and movie room, and there’s plenty of space in the fridge/freezer and pantry shelving.
The rent covers toilet paper, cleaning products, condiments, linens, utilities, and basic internet, while personal items and food are the responsibility of the renter. Hosting a meal is always an option for anyone interested!
About the roomies
We are in our early 50s, married for over three decades, and have raised three daughters and a son. Now partially retired, we frequently travel. It’s not uncommon for us to be away for a week or two at any given time. We value our privacy and respect others’ space with the same level of consideration. Our home is clean and we expect that shared spaces are left clean after use.
Our perfect roommate is someone who is employed, needs to live in a clean environment, detailed, neat and tidy and is looking for a place with reduced rent in exchange for house cleaning.
