We are looking for a minimal, mature, clean, financially stable male/female LGBT friendly roomie to move into our co-ed household this upcoming January 2023. If this describes you then read on! π
House/Room Facts:
The house is located in south Austin, close to Brodie Lane and William Cannon with easy access to Mopac, HEB/Walmart/Target, shops and restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (you will be sharing a bathroom) The house has a 2 car garage that is used as additional living space. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Thereβs a big wooden deck in the backyard with green space for pets if you have any. The room itself is small but can accommodate a queen size bed. Thereβs a big window in the room that brings in plenty of natural light with a view of the front yard and thereβs a private closet inside the bedroom. Rent is $500 a month plus utilities (normally under $300 per roomie).
