Cozy Home Away from Home . The Home has Two (2) Bedrooms with 1 full Bath and a half Bath. Full bath being in the second bedroom and half bath in the first bedroom. A shared kitchen and living room and a spacious shared yard with the Front house. All rooms a rented by the month(27days) and Three(3) Days prior to your move in date of each month the Rent is due. If not paid by the the move in date then you will Forfeit the right of Entry.(Example: Move in Date is 15th of November then the rent will be due on the 12th of December and if not paid on December 15th , then the guest will forfeit their stay). All Rooms are for rent at $780.00 a room or the Entire house for $1560.00 and UTILITIES INCLUDED. Deposit is half of rent and will be reimbursed if no damages are done to the property. No prorated Rent .All Rooms are furnished. No additional Furniture can be permitted onto the Property. All you need is your personal items . All Individuals and Families are welcome to apply. Maximum of 3 Individuals including Families. We welcome All Individuals/Families except Individuals/Families with Pets/Animals of any kind. We can not accommodate any Pets/Animals. The properties is shared with several individuals and we like to keep everyone comfortable and safe. Please do not apply if you have a Pet/Animal. All Individuals will need to be listed at the time of Move-In and no other guest are permitted for stay due to limited space in shared House and For Safety. No Smoking is allowed inside the property . Smoking is permitted on the grounds. Please disposal of a smoking Paraphernalia in appropriate waste. All parking most be parked in the appropriate driveway. No loud music or parties can or will be allowed and or held at any time. No Exceptions and instant removal will be By Authorities and will be Enforced if any Event , party or Gatherings is Held no matter how small. We like to keep everyone safe and secure so please be Kind and mind the House Rules .

Within the house each room needs to have all private belongings stored away with protective measures. We are NOT responsible for personal belongings and it is the guest liability to protect their belongings.If you rent out the second room the Full Bath is located in that Bedroom.
