The only utility to be paid is electric which is based on your use. A/C in unit. This is in a secure building and a 4th floor unit. There is an elevator. One block from the train station.

I rent this apartment but I do not actually live there. This is a perfect situation for someone who wants a great apartment and is happy to have it to themselves. We would only need to share the mailbox and I rarely have mail delivered there. You would need to be added to my lease once you have passed a background check.
