Sharon's room

Looking for short term situation. Rent is negotiable based on willingness to cook, help with housework and some errands. House with fireplace, garage parking for one car, furnished (or unfurnished), bedroom and adjacent spare room with private full bath on second floor. Third room upstairs is hobby room which is used occasionally. Access to kitchen and laundry room. Peaceful, quiet street and neighborhood.

I’m a 71 y.o. Christian and former teacher who has an 8lb Pomeranian who would not go upstairs but usually is with me in the living room/kitchen. I have my bedroom and bath on first floor. Very tidy, quiet, love to read, play bridge and attend church functions. Not a good cook, but a great eater :-)
