The property is an apartment complex called The Club Torrey Pines. It is within walking distance of the One Paseo Shopping Center and a local park. It has private Tennis Courts, a pool, and a gym with parking available 10ft from the apartment. It is a bottom-floor apartment with a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, private bathroom, double walk-in closet, and a full den that spaces apart the two apartment rooms. Also includes a private balcony and a locked outdoor storage unit.
About the roomies
Roommate 27-years-old and is very quiet, clean, and keeps to himself. You will hardly notice that he is there. Pets are required to be emotional service animals and I will explain the process to get that document if you do not have one (takes 30 days). Please let me know if you have any questions.
